- 1 tbsp splashed fine semolina (rava)
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp sugar

- 2 tsp oil
- 1/2 tsp mustard seeds ( rai/ sarson)
- a squeeze asafoetida (hing)
- For The Garnish
- 1 tbsp finely cleaved coriander (dhania)

- Wash the poha in running water for a couple of seconds.
- Include the coriander, green bean stew, yogurt, semolina, lemon squeeze, sugar and salt and blend well.
- Oil a heating dish and spread this mixture uniformly.
- For the treating, hotness the oil and include the mustard seeds and asafoetida. Sear until they crackle.
