Baked Poha | Low Calorie Recipe

Elements 
  • 1/2 containers whipped rice (poha) , thick mixed bag 
  • 3 tbsp finely hacked coriander (dhania) 
  • 1 green stew , slashed 
  • 6 tbsp low fat curds (dahi) 
  • 1 tbsp splashed fine semolina (rava) 
  • 2 tsp lemon juice 
  • 1 tsp sugar 
  • salt to taste 
  • For The Tempering 
  • 2 tsp oil 
  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds ( rai/ sarson) 
  • a squeeze asafoetida (hing) 
  • For The Garnish 
  • 1 tbsp finely cleaved coriander (dhania) 

System
  • Wash the poha in running water for a couple of seconds. 
  • Include the coriander, green bean stew, yogurt, semolina, lemon squeeze, sugar and salt and blend well.
  • Oil a heating dish and spread this mixture uniformly. 
  • For the treating, hotness the oil and include the mustard seeds and asafoetida. Sear until they crackle. 
  • Sprinkle the treating over the poha mixture. Heat in a hot broiler at 200 degree c (400 degree f) for 10 to 15 minutes. 
  • Trim with coriander and serve hot.
