- 24 (200 grams) dried figs (anjeer)
- 3 tbsp ghee
- 1/2 glass whitened , peeled and almonds (badam)
- 1/3 glass milk powder
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp cardamom (elaichi) powder
- For The Garnish
- 2 tbsp almond (badam) bits
Technique
- Cook the figs in bubbling water for something like 3 to 5 minutes. Empty and puree them in a nourishment processor. Keep aside.
- Heat the ghee in a substantial bottomed container, include the powdered almonds and saute over a medium fire for something like 2 minutes.
- Include the pureed figs, milk powder, sugar with 1/2 glass of water and cook for about 5 minutes work the sugar has disintegrated, mixing persistently.
- Include the cardamom powder and blend well.
- Serve hot, embellished with fragmented almonds.
