- 1 mug low fat paneer (curds)
- 4 tsp sugar
- 4 tbsp low fat drain (99.7% fat free)
- 1 tsp cornflour
- a couple of strands of saffron (kesar) strands
For The Fruit Filling
- 1 mug fruit , cut
- 4 tsp tan sugar
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg (jaiphal) powder
- a couple of drops lemon juice
For the curds mixture
- Break down the saffron in the milk and keep aside
- Mix together all the parts in a blender to a smooth glue. Keep aside.
- For the foods grown from the ground filling
- Combine all the parts and keep aside for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Organize the foods grown from the ground in a lubed 150 mm. (6") distance across pie dish.
- Spread the curds mixture over the leafy foods in a preheated stove at 220°c (440°f) for 15 minutes.
- Serve warm.
