Baked Apple Cottage Cheese Pie | Low Fat Italian Dessert

For The Cottage Cheese Mixture
  • 1 mug low fat paneer (curds) 
  • 4 tsp sugar

  • 1 tsp cornflour

  • 1 mug fruit , cut 
  • 4 tsp tan sugar 
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg (jaiphal) powder 
  • a couple of drops lemon juice

For the curds mixture
  • Break down the saffron in the milk and keep aside
  • Mix together all the parts in a blender to a smooth glue. Keep aside.
  • For the foods grown from the ground filling
  • Combine all the parts and keep aside for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Organize the foods grown from the ground in a lubed 150 mm. (6") distance across pie dish.

  • Spread the curds mixture over the leafy foods in a preheated stove at 220°c (440°f) for 15 minutes.
