Veg Momos | Oil Free Momos filled with Broccoli

Veg Momos are undoubtedly an imaginative low calorie nibble! flour wrappers are loaded with a sound filling of broccoli and bean sprouts, and steamed to make a mouth-watering nibble. Take after the careful strategy and make the world's best momos!

Parts 

For The Momo Wrapper 

  • 1/3 mug plain flour (maida) 
  • salt to taste 

To Be Mixed Into A Filling 

  • 1/3 mug whitened and finely hacked broccoli 
  • 1/4 mug hacked bean grows 
  • 1/2 tsp ginger-green stew glue 
  • 1 tsp finely cleaved garlic (lehsun) 
  • 2 tsp plain flour (maida) 
  • 1/2 tsp sugar 
  • salt to taste 

Different Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp plain flour (maida) blended with 1 tbsp water 

System  

For the momo wrapper 

  • Strainer the flour and salt together. 
  • Include warm water slowly and work well to make a delicate batter. 
  • Ply for some time work the batter is very smooth and keep aside for 30 minutes, secured with a sodden muslin material. 
  • Partition the batter into 8 equivalent shares. 
  • Take off each one parcel into a 75 mm. (3") breadth loop to make a momo wrapper. 
  • Keep aside, secured with a moist muslin material. 
The most effective method to continue

  • Place a momo wrapper on an even dry surface and put 2 tsp of the stuffing in the middle. 
  • Apply the flour glue along the edges and overlay over to make a semi-loop. 
  • Squeeze at the external edge. 
  • Rehash with the remaining momo wrappers and stuffing to make 7 more momos. 
  • Organize the momos in a steamer plate and steam for 10 minutes. 
  • Serve hot.
