Thai Green Curry Paste | Thai Paste

  • 2 lemongrass (rabbit chai ki patti) stalks  
  • 1 tsp salt 
  • 1/2 tsp crisply ground dark pepper powder 


System
  • Granulate all the fixings in a mortar or a sustenance processor utilizing a little water. 
  • Store in a water/air proof compartment or in the fridge. Then again, solidify for upto 3 months. 
  • Use as needed.
