Maple and Mustard Glazed Salmon |
Preparation Time: 10 mins
Cooking Time: 10 mins
Servings: 4
Parts
- 2 tablespoons low-salt wholegrain mustard
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 4 salmon filets, skin on, each about 125g (4 oz)
- 450g (14 1/2 oz) asparagus or delicate stem broccoli
Directions
- Blend the mustard with the maple syrup to make a coating for the salmon.
- Place the salmon filets, skin side down, on a shallow ovenproof tray or flame broil rack lined with foil and spread the coating over them. Put under a preheated flame broil and cook for 10 minutes, contingent upon thickness, until cooked through.
- In the mean time, steam the asparagus or broccoli until only delicate. Exchange to 4 warm plates, top with the salmon and present with new potatoes.
