Bundi and pomegranate raita | Punjabi Raita


Bundi and pomegranate raita is a simple but tasty recipe. It is very famous in Punjab, without raita every meal is incomplete.

  Elements

  • 3/4 container Boondi
  • 3/4 container pomogranate seeds (anardana)
  • 1 1/2 containers curds (dahi)
  • 2 squeezes broiled cumin seeds (jeera) powder
  • 2 squeezes chilli powder
  • salt to taste

Strategy
  •  Add salt to the curds and beat.
  •  Add the bundi and pomegranate seeds.
  •  Store in the icebox.
  •  Just before serving, sprinkle the cumin seeds powder and chilli powder.
  •  Serve cool.
