Bundi and pomegranate raita is a simple but tasty recipe. It is very famous in Punjab, without raita every meal is incomplete.
Bundi and Pomegranate Raita |
- 3/4 container Boondi
- 3/4 container pomogranate seeds (anardana)
- 1 1/2 containers curds (dahi)
- 2 squeezes broiled cumin seeds (jeera) powder
- 2 squeezes chilli powder
- salt to taste
Strategy
- Add salt to the curds and beat.
- Add the bundi and pomegranate seeds.
- Store in the icebox.
- Just before serving, sprinkle the cumin seeds powder and chilli powder.
- Serve cool.
