- 1 container urad dal (part dark lentils)
- 1 container chana dal (part bengal gram)
- 1 container besan (bengal gram flour)
- salt to taste
- oil for cooking

- malagapadi powder
Strategy
- Soak the urad dal and chana dal in tepid water for no less than 4 hours.
- Wash, empty and drudgery to a smooth glue with a little water.

- Heat a non-stick tava on a medium fire till hot and oil it with a little oil.

- Fold the dosa into half and uproot from the tava.
- Repeat with the remaining hitter.
